La Cavalerie is designed to be experienced in its entirety, with complete privacy across the estate.
Across two houses, guests move between meals, music, wellness, gardens, terraces, and water. A single kitchen and hospitality team support the life of the estate throughout the stay, allowing the rhythm of each day to unfold naturally.

At the centre of the experience is a seasonal culinary program, together with La Source, an open-air wellness sanctuary, two freshwater swimming reservoirs, a listening room developed with John Storyk, and 160 acres of olive groves and protected forest within the Luberon.
The estate accommodates up to twenty-two guests across eleven bedrooms.

At the centre of the estate, La Commanderie anchors the life of the house.
Originally a 12th-century Knights Templar commandery, it was restored by Emanuel Ungaro as a retreat for family and friends.
Seven bedrooms accommodate up to fourteen guests.
Venetian staircases, reclaimed Italian marble, hand-painted ceilings, monumental fireplaces, and over 2,200 sqm of terraces define the character of the house.
The former chapel adjoins the residence and may be used throughout the day for dining, music, gatherings, or quiet moments.

Originally a 17th-century farmhouse, it has been reimagined around landscape, gathering, and sound.
Four bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests.
The house opens onto a 21 × 10m freshwater swimming reservoir, preserved stone walls, gardens, and an amphitheatre terrace designed for long afternoons and evenings outdoors.
At its centre sits a dedicated listening room developed with John Storyk and equipped with handcrafted Burmester systems.
