La Cavalerie is a cluster of imposing buildings built by the Knights Templar eight centuries ago. Here, the knights would take shelter before venturing to distant lands.
RESTORATION
Over a half-decade, renowned fashion designer Emanuel Ungaro transformed the estate, with an army of craftsmen, into a singular, peaceful, and creative haven.
NATURE
La Cavalerie sits in 65 hectares of organic, PDO terroir. At 500 m above sea level, the air is pure and the land is dotted with olives, oaks, poplars, pines, figs and limes.
COMMUNITY
The estate’s transformational energy draws creatives, thinkers and leaders. Every harvest, friends and family gather to bring in the olives, spend time and help each other grow.
